At Metamorfit we are very proud of the innovative, fun and effective programs we provide for our clients!

Amanda was already active - she is our Metamorfit Yoga Instructor - but wanted to take her physique and fitness to another level. In nine months Amanda used the "TRANSFORM!" Program to completely change herself, building muscle, losing fat and gaining confidence.

TRANSFORM!

TRANSFORM! is our program for people who have specific goals and are serious about making real progress. We customize training and diet for the individual based upon their own particular circumstances; we consider all aspects such as fitness level, training age, schedules, food sensitivities and preferences in designing the optimal path to success for our clients as they TRANSFORM! themselves.

PowerCamp is just about the most challenging fun you can have in workout.

PowerCamp!

Our outdoor, small group workout class is called PowerCamp! It is a challenging and exciting workout pulling sleds, flipping tires, moving sandbags, swinging sledgehammers and other crazy fun things!
Come prepared to work hard, sweat and laugh a lot!

Enjoy the support and accountability (and, sometimes, competitiveness) of a Small Group format, as you perform workouts designed to make you stronger and leaner. In just a short time, thanks to the super effective conditioning of Kick Butt!, you will be fitter than you ever believed you could be.
