Kick Butt - Phase 2

The second phase of the very popular Kick Butt small group training program is set to begin Monday May 2nd at 5:15pm. 

Phase 2 is a 4 week session that will focus on training for strength and muscle definition.  It is part education and part hardcore workout and it will give participants the confidence to truly believe that they are capable of more than they previously thought possible!
